We kindly request that you cancel your reservation in advance if you're unable to attend, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Cancellations must be made at least one week before November 15, 2025. A $25 hold fee per person will be charged to the credit card on file for cancellations made within one week of the event or for no-shows. This hold fee will be refunded upon check-in at the event.
Note: Your FREE shirt will be available for pickup at check-in at Resorts World. Shirts are only provided to attendees who check in—if you do not check in, you will not receive one.
