Cancellations must be made at least one week before November 15, 2025. The $20 t-shirt upgrade fee per person will be charged to the credit card on file for cancellations made within one week of the event, for no-shows, or for failure to complete check-in at the designated merchandise area during the scheduled times. In these scenarios, the t-shirt upgrade fee will not be refunded or credited, and the t-shirt add-on shall be deemed forfeited.
