Ticketing Policy

Effective Date: September 21, 2025

These Ticketing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, possession, and use of tickets for any event produced, organized, or promoted by Adrenaline Worldwide, Inc. (“Adrenaline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a ticket, you and any minors you bring to the event agree to these Terms.

1. License & Admission Rights

Your ticket is a revocable, non-transferable license to attend the specific event for which it was issued. Adrenaline reserves the right to deny entry or eject any person, without refund, for violating these Terms, venue rules, or applicable law, or for conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive.

2. Event Details Subject to Change

Event date, time, venue, card line-up, athletes, and match-ups are subject to change without notice. Your ticket remains valid for any rescheduled event or modified card. Except as required by law, no refunds will be issued due to changes in line-up, timing, or card order.

3. Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets will not be reissued if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. No credits or refunds will be provided for partial attendance, late arrival, or removal from the venue for violation of these Terms.

4. Payment & Card Processing

All ticket orders are subject to verification and acceptance. Prices may be corrected in the event of errors. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of purchase, and we reserve the right to cancel any transaction that cannot be processed or is suspected of fraud.

5. Children & Minors

Age Requirements:

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Parents/guardians are solely responsible for supervising minors and ensuring their safety during the event.

Assumption of Responsibility:

• By bringing a minor to the event, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian, or have obtained permission from the parent/guardian to do so.
• You accept full responsibility for the minor’s conduct, safety, and compliance with these Terms.

Photography & Recording Consent for Minors:

• By attending with a minor, you consent (on their behalf) to the photographing, filming, and recording of the minor, and to the use of their name, image, likeness, and voice in any media, worldwide, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, without further notice, review, or compensation.
• If you do not wish your child to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where filming or photography is occurring.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

Attendance at Adrenaline events involves inherent risks, including exposure to athletic stunts, loud sounds, flashing lights, and potential projectiles. By attending, you (and any minors you bring) voluntarily:

• Assume all risks of personal injury, illness, or property damage associated with attendance.
• Release and hold harmless Adrenaline, its affiliates, sponsors, athletes, employees, contractors, and venue partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, athletes, and other fans. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, abusive language, intoxication, violence, interference with athletes or staff, and violation of venue policies. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Photography, Video & Promotional Use

By entering the venue, you consent to the use of your and any accompanying minor’s image, voice, and likeness for live broadcast, replay, photography, promotional campaigns, and commercial use in all media formats, worldwide, without additional notice or compensation.

Personal, non-commercial photography and short video recordings may be permitted for private use, subject to venue rules. Professional equipment and live streaming are prohibited unless expressly authorized by Adrenaline.

9. Prohibited Items & Security Screening

You agree to comply with all venue security screenings and prohibited item lists (e.g., weapons, drones, fireworks, outside food/alcohol). Bags may be searched prior to entry. Noncompliance may result in denied entry or removal.

10. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds or credits will be offered as required by law and according to our posted procedures. Adrenaline is not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

11. Resale & Transfer Restrictions

Unauthorized resale of tickets at above-face value, or use of tickets for sweepstakes, promotions, or contests without prior written approval, is strictly prohibited. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid.

12. Privacy & Data Use

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (and that of any minors attending with you) in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for marketing communications, event operations, and security purposes.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the event is held. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms on your own behalf and, if applicable, on behalf of any minors you bring to the event.
